It's one of few - if not - the only woke shit game that didn't bother me enough to quit. I usually quit as soon as I see tranny/negress women shit. While it does have way too much huge bulky stronk women, niggers and trannies, the gameplay is fun and deep, the music is 10/10 and the voice acting is one of the best fucking ones I've heard, especially the final boss (which is a badass design). The story also takes itself seriously and doesn't do shitty quips and tongue-in-cheek stuff, cringy 4th wall shit or constant memberberry references.I'd say Absolum is pretty much the only game I've ever recommended that I at the same time categorize as "woke shit"

Haven't played since launch and I doubt the update changed it all that much but once you got a hang of the system solo games were hard to lose and once you've seen the whole map there's really no incentive to avoid the "optimal" routes. That said I had fun with the game. I think it had some neat rarely used concepts that actually sorta worked like the ally and mount systems and the only playable character I didn't like was the elf swordsman since she really doesn't have any interesting thing going for her aside from being necessary to do her quest to unlock more talent upgrades in a run.

The "roguelike" gameplay is just stripping off your character's moves that you should have had and then presented like their OOOOOH so meaningful choices, and then you have to mentally remember you have those moves. That's for the two or so bosses you get to fight in a run. Everything else are differently colored passives for moves you use >5% of the time. Oh, a fire passive for my block, does that mean I get them for parries and dodges too? Nope, they're separate from each other. Good luck when your run just spreads these passives across these three.And then there's the constant interruptions to gameplay. Good thing it had modifiers (because of course these retards don't know how to balance their game) so I didn't waste any more of my time getting to the "true end" after finishing the game once legitimately.
