Personally I think many of the concepts aren't bad, the maidens the gods, the plot between Oz and what's her face, the isekai but not really into Wonderland, but the execution was done TERRIBLY without a thought about the overall story. Should've taken a long break after Monty died to write the story in full.The school settings should've gone for longer and be used partly as exposition & character establishment. You can then trigger le serious plot and have Pyrrah die, though I would change it have Jaune present instead of / alongside Ruby, so that he unlocks his semblance then even if he doesn't use it. Then you can have the search for the maidens. I'd honestly shift all the environmental BS to be the works or (passive) influence of the maidens power.I thought of more (bad) ideas about this show but the amount of resources needed to be able to make it work is too much so it's not worth it. Maybe other generations will Remake(tm) RWBY into something worthwhile.
