Not saying those are the only people saying its bad, but you have tons of people that will purposely skip 2 when playing all the games because of its reputation. I should know, I was one of them. It was the last souls game I played. Imagine my surprise when it was actually kind of fun, and gave me what I was looking for. Which was more Fromsoft. The movement in this game is so fucking good. DS1 has slow delayed movement, while movement from 3 onwards got nerfed because all the enemies have 10 hit combos and will track you at will cause the only gameplay is about hitting the roll button at the right time.
