Obsidian blacklisted most of their key personnel because of metoo. They hired a shitton of DEI replacements because people like Jason Schrier kept bitching about how Obsidian was staffed by straight white men. Josh Sawyer, the only guy from the before times still left at the company, basically has no real power anymore as all the dangerhairs continue to shit out game pass flop after flop.
