P3R is driving me mad. I am so fucking tired of every boss or miniboss using electric attacks. You would think you might wanna take Aigis or Yukari for their utility but no. They are liabilities in every fucking important fight. I'm so fucking tired of rolling my eyes and reloading to change my party before every significant battle just to deal with electric attacks. My eye muscles have never been so tired. I don't want this. It isn't fun. Whoever decided that every fucking battle should have electric attacks and your utility members should be weak to electric should be fired. It's all just tank and spank in this game. Nothing is weak to anything except for your allies. I am not having fun and I miss P5R. Yusuke and Akechi shit all over this garbage shitshow. It isn't even difficult it's just fucking annoying. Can't wait until the next boss takes 20 turns of auto attacks while Yuki spams heals because the boss doesn't have any strategy or weakness. People say the game gets good in October and it had fucking better, because it's a piece of shit so far.

That's 20 hours I've spent throwing items on people or using healing spells. It's fucking stupid. It's a resource check, not a fun fight. And it's all the fucking time. Every gatekeeper is just a resource check. It's infuriating and it's mind-boggling that it was ever approved. I don't want to deal with these resource checks any longer.

I did lose to Okumura the first time because I wasn't shaping my personas well, but I went in the second time with wind amp which got me through the wave that I couldn't output enough damage to defeat the first time.So yes, I understand the mechanics. I'm not struggling or losing, either. I'm just exhausted because P3R tries to make every fight take as long as possible. Every fight I've done recently has boiled down to "enemy has no weakness, just hit it and spam heals". It's boring bullshit. Every time I use Fuuka's full analysis I feel like someone is taking the piss.
