The devs actually took some time to figure out how Pod Racer physics could potentially work. The Pods are getting pulled by two rockets that you have to manipulate. If you can do the Death Star escape at the end of Jedi you can beat anything any other game throws at you. You can also practice playing through with infinite detonators enabled if you're skittish. I just wish Disney had shelled out the money to release improved versions of Empire and Jedi with slowdown removed like they did with the first game.
