Mark of Chaos and Total Wars were already mentioned
In Dawn of War: Dark Crusade and Soulstorm you can play campaign as anyone (in Winter Assault you can play as Chaos and Orks)
In Dawn of War 2 you can succumb to chaos during the campaign and I think in the expansion you can play as anyone but I haven't tried it
In Fire Warrior you play as Tau
In Rogue Trader you can be a heretic and have a chaos space marine in your party (it's a half-baked path though)

I do think that a dedicated chaos 1st or 3rd person action game, or something like >>741465950 would be rad, but let's not pretend that there's literally nothing
