so when leon confronts the white hair guy cuz he has grace he shoots at him a couple of times but the white suit guy dodged the bullets similar to how the agents do in the matrix movies im just wondering why he is able to do that it seems a bit unrealistic to be able to dodge bullets because of a chemical enhancer im sorry but i don't think its possible for a human body to move faster than bullets at extremely close range
He's not dodging the bullets, he's dodging the shooter's aim by taking advantage of saccadic masking. Also not a chemical enhancer, he's a clone of Wesker who is using the same virus Wesker used to alter his physiology to superhuman levels.
