I think when this released I was too annoyed by the crappy performance and lack of gold/black to give it a fair shakebut playing it now fully maxed out at 100+fps it really has incredible art direction

On another note of performance: i think the only game of where something was too fucked to salvage was Batman Arkham Knight. Initially at least because Warner Brothers had to send in a team to fix the port and make it playable. So a lot it's issues are now relegated to the past on that one but only because they made an actual effort to unfuck the game. In the case of MD/Nixxies was that the game was asking for more powerful hardware than what it actually really required to run Mankind Divided. Nixxies still get into arguments with people all the time to this day with people on the internet if they slacked off in some area because they're a pretty arrogant studio. Even did it with that youtuber who has been calling out poor UE performance lately called threat interactive. Total Biscuit initially put them on blast for MD back in the day so yeah it was a real thing.
