I already have and married my cute wife Cornelia
I'm just here to post Mimi.
>>741552697I did and I like it.
>>741553007Look how flat she is. Fuck that’s hot
Two threads related to Atelier right now, that's cool. If it's possible, I'll post Sophie art later.
Sophie's butt and sideboob. Okay.
>>741552734Beautiful art.
>>741552697I did. It was little underwhelming, but at least it introduced some of the characters in Firis' superior game.
>>741552697Sophie looks fertile
>>741558559She's a teenager, approximately 16 in the first game.
>>741552705I like her smile.
>>741558732...out of 10!
I don’t like the alchemy mechanics so no. I even bought Totori and still couldn’t care.
>>741560486If you don't like the alchemy mechanics, that could mean you've tried the game at least. 2 hours is enough time to know if one will enjoy the alchemy in Atelier Sophie or not.
And to think that Firis has a bigger chest than Sophie...
Here! More Sophie art like I said.
Yumia is kinda fun, beginning of game is pretty strong but overall game gets weaker on second location.
It's been about a year since I've played Ryza 1, I should probably play her 2nd game soon.
why does she keep a sexdoll
>>741552697The last cute Atelier
>>741563459that's actually a book in a sexdoll's body... please be more considerate!
>>741563615Lol.
>>741552697w-why is she undoing her bikini bottom in public??
>>741552697I already did!
>>741557595Did you play Sophie's second game? It's really good. My favorite Atelier gameplay wise. Especially the alchemy.
>>741566914I did try it. I think it has some of the best mechanics in the series in some regards, so I see the appeal, but I still ended up finding it kind of boring and tedious after a while. I eventually ended up dropping it. I'm not entirely sure what it was that was making it feel like it dragged so much, at least other than the lack of a time limit.
>>741567504Yeah, I see how some people could feel that way. I played it over a few weeks after work so I think the more chill pacing and repetitive gameplay loop didn't bother me.
>>741552697i cannot fathom playing a game in a series that has millions of entries in its main line up. that already makes me think it's very repetitive.
>>741569561Mario? Kirby? Mega Man? Final Fantasy? A franchise with many main entries without even counting spin-offs isn't something new.
>>741569561>every sports game
>>741569947>>741569986tell me how it switches it up every time then
>>741570212Without making more comparisons, this is alchemy/synthesis in two different games. The way alchemy works can vary a lot from one game to another and that's just the alchemy, the combat can also be very different.
>>741570845okay i'll wait for the next sale on sophie1 ig
>>741570845can I skip Firis and LS and just play both Sophie games
>>741552697I wanna play these games but I can't get over the weird annoying voices. Why can't they speak a real language?
>>741571910I never played Sophie 2, I don't know if the level of polish that Sophie 2 and possible quality of life features may make Firis and L&S less enjoyable if you do play them after Sophie 2, Sophie 2 is a direct sequel to Sophie 1 but it was released after Firis and Lydie & Suelle after all. Having said all that, I'd say that, yes, you can skip Firis and Lydie & Suelle and play Sophie 2 after the first one if you so desire.
>>74155269716 years old
>>741552697but i don't even know who she is.....
>>741552697I got bored during Sophie 2 and never finished it. It's like 50% longer than it should be.
>>741578820In the first game, yes.>>741578874Sophie Neuenmuller, the main character in Atelier Sophie ~The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book~ and a playable character in other games.>>741579090I know that people love Sophie 2, but I can't say much, I never played it.
>>741571910Sophie is the first game in the trilogy and Sophie 2 despite coming out after Firis and L&S canonically only takes place after Sophie 1 and has zero connection to those 2 games so yes if you want to play Sophie's 2 games and not the other Mysterious games you can do.
>>741579258>I know that people love Sophie 2, but I can't say much, I never played it.Everything about Sophie 2 is high quality but the pace just really starts to drag at the end. I think Sophie 2 might actually be the single longest game in the entire series. I also hate separating alchemy into 2 different alchemists who each have their own level to grind and recipes exclusive to each of them that all have a shit ton of different conditions to unlock shit.
>>741579547I see.
>>741552697i want to draw giantes s art of her
>>741564689She appears to be doing exactly that...who knows.
>>741552697too old
>>74158244516 is ''too old''?
>>741552697AIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE MASTERCARD-SAMA TASKUTE
>>741582727It's only a game rated PEGI 12, CERO B and T for Teen.
What did Sophie mean by this?
>>741582829Possible reference to dark chocolate. I'm not sure.
>>741552697ngl I am tired of atelier but enjoy cheap gustsloppa feelingnew IP when? no gachas obv
>>741582986The most recent IP is Blue Reflection. There are also the two Fairy Tail games developed by Gust.
i struggled a bit to finish it, i don't think atelier is for me but sophie is VERY cute
>>741552697I never played Sophie games but from her art I get an impression she's a cheeky brat that would taunt (Me) into rape correction followed by>ufufu and you expect to ravage me with this zakochinpo baaaka baaaka~which is 100% hot and I may consider playing it. How wrong am I?
>>741583432She's a little dumb but is a girl with her heart in the right place, she becomes a very capable alchemist in the end, she isn't the kind of girl who would want to do something like that.
>>741583076>BR 2017 and sequel in 2021, ancient at this point>f*iry t*ilnah bro licensed shit is too sloppy even for gustlooks like mana khemia flop, lukewarm BR reception and shitty business pracrices (like during the ar nosurge period) killed all creative spirit in this company
>>741583792>Plachta shows Sophie an alchemically nuked wasteland>Sophie says its fine she'll never do bad things, shes a good girl>Plachta readily believes her and teaches her how to make nukes, the philosiphihper stone and some wafflesAnd things were just fine, because yes Sophie is a good girl.
>>741552697Atelier Sophie has the most boring medieval setting that I've ever seen. Totally nondescript, and the environments are ugly and empty.
>>741583870I don't disagree with the possible lack of creative spirit but it is what it is, I don't expect a new IP developed by Gust anytime soon, sequels, especially new Atelier games, is all they're going to make for now.
>>741583792Then why does she make a family destroyer smile? >>741552705 >>741562948 >>741573290
>>741552697I did and liked it, though I don't understand why people fellate Sophie when there are better protags in the same sub-series
My first and favorite Atelier, game and the cutest protag
>>741584190I...I don't know.
>>741584190damn she really does have a homewrecker smile wtf
>>741583898Indeed, Sophie isn't evil.
>>741552697no dub no buy. simple as
>>741586274I don't blame you, I didn't play Sophie 2 because it doesn't have a dub.
>>741586274Sophie 1 has a dub
>>741552697>Gust saw this and said: yup we wont need you anymore, lets start shilling hags so we can try to attract a global audience>*flops*
>>741552705Wish a woman this innocent and feminine looking existed irl.
>>741586590There are 4 games in the Mysterious series and Sophie is older in each game, Gust doesn't make more than 4 games for the same sub-series, and yeah, Sophie is a ''hag'' in Atelier Lydie & Suelle.
>>741586590They'll push the emergency Sophie 3 button soon enough, they keep putting her in promo material alongside Ryza and Yumia
>>741583898what about that poor giant door she blew up
>>741587583She fixed it right after that, somehow.
>>741587583Its okay, she paid for it with a 4 dimensional spaciel tent.
>>741582829I love choco-Plachta
>>741552697Intense sexual intercourse with Sophie
>>741588510Oh my.
>>741588879Why did Sophie give Platcha so much exposed ass?
>>741590397Leon designed Plachta's clothes but maybe it was Sophie who wanted an outfit like that for Plachta, if that's the case, we'll never know why.
>>741553007Mimi is so pretty.
100 posts! Also, this thread lasted more than the recent Atelier Yumia thread, it has survived for 12 hours. Yay!
Where's Ryza?
>>741596271In games that were released after the games in the Mysterious series with the exception of Sophie 2. She is shown with Sophie in this offical art though.
There's also this image.
Ive played Sophie and Ryza. Rec me the Atelier game with the most wifeable protagonist.
>>741597258Depends on what you mean by ''wifeable''. Do you want a protagonist with a likeable personality and/or good heart? Or not necessarily a girl with a heart of gold but with a good design that may or may not be sexy?
>>741597384Mostly the former but I'll ta
>>741552697Very cute, and very underrated hair color/style combination. I'd play it over whoever that woman is who came after Ryza.
>>741557595Firis's game sucked though? all the SoL events were really badly written to account for the fact that the devs had no idea what town you'd be in when they triggered. maybe it got better after the exam, but i lost interest and dropped the game around the time you make the ship.
>>741597637If that's the case, then I'd say that the Shallies take the cake, with Shallistera having the goal of savin her village. I haven't played as Shallistera much but Shallotte Elminus is a memorable character who wants to hit it big and support her mother. I'm not saying that Sophie, Firis, Rorona etc are bad characters, but when it comes to having a good heart and a noble goal, they stand out and are great characters. That said, Shallotte Elminus is clearly one of the most endowed protagonists in the series, she has a big chest and her breasts are bigger than Escha's for example, so, if it's also ''I want a sexy or attractive character'', Shallote may also fit the bill.
>>741569561>I cannot fathom playing (a series that has withstood the test of time rather than immediately failing and dying after the first entry).
>>741586957>There are 4 games in the Mysterious series5 actually, Lulua is a shot for shot remake of Sophie
>>741597258>>741597637play Escha's game then.
just seeing sophie makes me happy, what an amazing character design, one of the best guts ever created.
>>741597985These games are made on a shoestring budget
>>741598252I really like her design. I don't know if I prefer this one or the other design with the had and shorts. Sophie has more different designs than other characters in the franchise.
>>741599050and? we all know how much of a failure massive budget AAAA games are, cheap games with quick turnaround are far preferable, since even if you get a dud like Firis, they just release a good one a year later like Lydie & Suelle.
>>741599887good thing mine are low
