What matters are just the weapons and the vehicles and that hasn't really changed in any notable way in forever and is unlikely to change now. I don't see them changing the physics in any notable way. Thus I don't expect the driving to be notably different. The gunplay hasn't really changed since GTA first went 3D. Why would it change now? I'm not even expecting new weapons because everyone always complained at the prospects of sci-fi or fantasy weapons. They'll exceed my expectations of they add some remote controlled drone weapons though, but my hopes aren't high.
