I'm playing it right now. Finished Chapter 6. The game is very simple. It's such a rare ocassion when I need to choose abilities manually that 85% of time I just spam auto and only change Paradigma.Corridors really suck. But at least I can say that the game was visually impressive when it was out in 2009.

The combat system is excellent, a very interesting variation on rotation-based gameplay, years before gacha games, far and far better than XII's boredom with gambits. Girls are cute and have perky tits. Yeah, corridors suck, but they are gorgeous. Overall pretty good game.

>>741574185I prefer to emulate the originals over playing the pixel remasters because the originals (minus FF IV) all have a decent amount of difficulty. For FF IV, apply a translation patch to the OG Japanese version or you'll be playing the "Easy Type" version.
The only thing I hate more than people hating on VIIR is people liking FF games other than VIIR
