So how do I level up light armor on Legendary difficulty? I've been intentionally not leveling crafting skills and focusing as much as possible on my primary combat skills, but despite two-handed being almost at level 60 my light armor is still only 23. I don't have enough gold to buy hundreds of healing potions and mudcrabs are death incarnate. Is there really no legitimate way to push my armor skill without leveling non-combat skills like alchemy and smithing?

They don't use the same leveling system because not even Fallout 3 uses the same leveling system, and that's the game with the Albino Radscorpions and Feral Ghoul Reavers.
