How come nobody is talking about this game? The trilogy is heavily beloved in the VN community and I'm going through MM right now (and it's really fucking boring) but I've almost heard radio silence on the reception of the last utawarerumono game. Considering the third game has a good chunk of the highest highs in any game I've played, I'm genuinely surprised how there's like no talk on this.

The first chapter of Prelude is well inspired, quiet life in the outskirts under the elder's roof.Everything after that feels unnecessary.

i finished it weeks ago. Game was okay but ending was pretty trash. I felt kind of disappointed that they didn't add any new party members or really much new of anything in the sequel. still a decent uta game and jrpg but overall felt too budget in the end.

I love Haku and Kuon to death but Oshtor and Shunya kinda sucks, Oshtor never felt like a character that needed or even had a love interest and their relationship feels incredibly forced
