I would love to try VR gaming but it's still quite expensive for me.
>>741628370When we have VR in style from older sci fi films and books then we can talk.
>>741628370it does, because mods can make almost every game VR now, it doesnt need any help
>>741628370The only people interested already have a headset, and most of them gave up on it entirely. Its novelty, not a new paradigm. Nobody actually wants to wear the faggot goggles.
>>741628370Why does the hair look like shit
>>741628370not really
Of course it has a futureAs a niche
VR is fun. I barely can play flat games anymore especially FPS games feel like shit when flat.
>>741628370It's too early to market. There's not enough push and innovation towards making good vr porn games
>>741628370It will never fade away, sure it will have its ups and downs phases but it fills a niche but also has the potential to something even bigger, I just simply can't wait till we get our irl Seto Kaiba building VR Stadions everywhere
>>741630695VR Yugioh would be fuckin suck
>>741630619They are there for sure, most just lack either proper funding or a clear vision/ design direction or are just proof of concept
>>741628370Fuck no. VR can be cool to portray a bunch of ideas, sure. I love the idea of getting a Wii Sports in VR.But imagine how fucking restrictive it becomes in terms of gameplay, not to mention development costs.Do you really think you could have, let's say Dark Souls, in VR? Pretty sure the core demographic of DS wouldn't be able to dodge roll even once before having a heart attack.VR will stay a gimmick, and it's better that way.
>>741630783Not just Yu-Gi-Oh friend, those stadions potential would be to visualise any cardgame with their monsters so all card games are compatible have a presentation which will fill the place with people, tournaments, sponsors whatever >>741631159Vr "Dark souls" already exists it is just not made by fromslop, do your homework before you post
>>741628370VR as in strapping a monitor to your face? No. VR as in letting Elon put a chip in your brain that traps you in a death game against his beloved Indians? Yes.
>>741631452One YouTuber did that already, when is your Playtest week?
VR is always the future because in the present nobody has figured out how to make the controls not suck and the games have to be slow to not give you motion sickness.
>>741631564You mean the guy who walked through the Indian festival where they throw cow poop at each other?
>>741628370I prefer first person games with a KbM in a vr headset. To this day Subnautica is one of my favorite VR games.
