Monster is a weird drink. My friends and others I know have had completely different experiences with it.One friend couldn't sleep after drinking one in the morning. Another started to get actual heart palpitations. Another was fine but didn't like the taste and drank coffee. I've been drinking monster on and off (usually once a day but sometimes i'll go a week or two without any) for 11 years and haven't had any side effects from it ever. Teeth are good, no cavities, no weird heart shit.
