Why the fuck are Gamers Nexus, LTT and other professional Youtubers so timid and diplomatic in their Steam Machines reviews? Every time it bottoms the benchmark shown, they go out of their way to say it's still a good experience, you just have to adjust your expectations and tweak the settings. Just a few months ago these same people were calling the 5060 e-waste and that outperforms the Steam Machines by a huge margin. The 4060 from 2023(3 years ago) also outperforms by a good 50-60%, sometimes twice that in ray tracing scenarios, and that was called e-waste at release 3 years ago. Market conditions aren't a valid explanation, since those "e-waste" XX60 cards and prebuilts/laptops containing them are still cheaper than the Steam Machine right now
