it's basically pumped and primed but if it mainly kept to the idea of the racing and battle stages which were probably the best parts of those, though for more weapons you have to get chips from beating stages but that gets simple once you figure it out.
oddly i'd call it a mix of pumped and primed and sonic adventure 2 and shadow the hedgehog for the tonal shift compared to the rest of the series and it having two campaigns with spike's crew and specter's crew.
