Or they'll start casting something, then the enemy will move two meters to the left and they'll cancel the spell to reposition to start casting again only for the enemy to move two meters etc.Straight up they rarely finish casting spells. I don't remember it being this bad in 2, though I think if I pay more attention I'll see it there too.
