My Zotac RTX 3090 stays at 60°C even when idle, even when the room temperature is 15°C. It's insane how hot this thing is.
What I do is get a flannel, make it damp with cold water - and just damp, not pissing water everywhere - and wrap it around my neck. Perfect thermal interchange, lovely when I'm sitting by my fan.

Just getting a dehumidifier has made the world of difference for me. Doesn't help my PC, in fact probably makes it hotter with the small amount of heat it pumps out. But 30C with dry air is so much more comfortable than with tropical humidity, the difference it makes is astounding, and it costs very little to run.
