It would break or bend even if it's spring steel since it's not magical and the forging , quenching and heat treating process for such a long blade would be a nightmare to make it right and it will definitely have some parts where it's not as flexible or where it is way too flexible to the point it may actually stay bend.Not to mention the entire movements making the tip move all over the place for a 2 meter rapier blade.Shit would act more like a urumi rather than a rapier if you try to make the weight of the blade wieldable at that length.
