>>741776243Assuming the scout isnt ambushed around a corner or something, A skilled scout hangs right outside the DH's one shot zone and can kill the DH soldier very quickly and easier than the soldier can. Unlike a stock soldier, the DH cant inflict the same knockback/knockup to make the scout an easy kill, also if the soldier tries to jump into one shot range, the scout has more than enough time to kill before the second shot. Id much rather run stock against a skilled scout than DH.t. 400 hours scout + 200 hours soldier
