Can't say 100% for sure about the English version, but I took a look at the files using some old ass file extractors that were made for the game a decade ago and I don't see the censored CG anywhere in the files anymore. The English version uses the same files as the JP version, and just has some extras of its own for English-only images like the menus and logos. Compared it to CF's version to be sure and it's not where it was in their version and has the uncensored version instead.
