Rising prices of gaming devices means they can't expect as many players to double dip and buy it again on PC or next gen, as they otherwise might have. Not when a PS6 could be over $1,000. With GTA 5 they were able to predict selling a lot on 360/PS3 and then quickly selling millions more on Xbone/PS4 and PC. But this time they're under pressure to recoup more of their development investment right away

You got the blimp, a few cars that are inaccessible in the original game unless you have the preorder code and some online exclusives cars.
