The Steam Machine is only for people who want a second invisible low power gaming PC under their TV. There is no other reason get one over a Steam Deck (which can be bought cheap pre 'icked) or just putting that 100 bucks to a proper gaming PC. If anything Valve should just give out Steambux to anyone who buys a Gabecube.

I think if valve had given $100 steambux to people that could only be spent on games, or even bundled all existing valve games or something, or exclusive items in deadlock, etc. I think the box would have been much better received
