I gotta be honest with you. I played GTA 4 and 5 back to back (still finishing 5) and I can't notice the difference, albeit 4 has a bit weightier vehicles. So that's it? If it's something else I swear I cannot see it. And it wasn't hard at all, it just requires you to decelerate a bit earlier and do curves more gently.
