I can think of no good reasons for a game to take that long to release, only bad ones. cyberpunk got its shaft licked up and down by diehard fans until its wet fart of a release, and even after getting "fixed" with DLC and things like edgerunners it's just okay and not something absolutely mind blowing. I suspect it will be similar with GTA.
