Hazama is able to fly around like a madman, his main zoning tool is a disjointed hitbox so if you hit the chain it won't hurt him and you'll end up trading. He has a command grab, a reversal super that can lead to huge damage, good damage on average, mixup with stance. The main thing is that he can control neutral pretty easily and get big damage just off stray chain hits. Terumi is "low" tier because his buttons are bad or whatever, and his specials kind of suck, but he does obnoxious damage and has a retarded drive which can warrant putting the effort in if you want to try, but just know I think you'll be a faggot. Out of the three, Terumi probably has the biggest and easiest opportunity for damage if you utilize his drive properly. Out of the three, he also shines the most in OD, but his gimmick is SUPPOSED to be gaining and burning meter and it's poorly thought out, so his moveset is kind of a mishmash of ideas.

I think having a dash macro is nice too, but it's genuinely baffling to me that some people now consider the act of tapping forward twice a deal breaker.
