Before the "FULL ARSENAL" update it was so close to perfect but so many new things are completely retardedThe boss quality in the normal campaign has literally never recovered. It peaked on V2 2 and has been steadily downhill since. 8-4 in particular was horrendous.The visual overhaul update completely downgraded minos prime's arena.The game does not do a good job of communicating why you should not give a fuck about hard damage when using the whiplash, leading lots of players to underestimate it on principle.Theres no way to separate the "previous weapon" button from "hold for weapon wheel" button. Horrendous input delay included.Fanbase filled with trannies has no effect on the main game, BUT catastrophic consequences for mod/custom campaign projects.

>>741829605It does not have a good roster of enemies for the kind of game Ultrakill is.I know everybody spergs out about hitscanners, but a game like ultrakill which has hyper spastic mobility NEEDS a super high priority target like hitscanner popcorn enemies akin to what doom 2 has, otherwise it's just circlestrafing circlejerking, but now with air mobility. Look at the mindflayer, that thing is a threat because it can keep up with the player and that laserbeam is sure to scratch you badly, all while doing homing shots so you have to focus your attention on that bitch, but then everything else is just fart noises. It feels like the focus of UK is more on the boss fights since those are actually good and fun fights for the most part (7-4 was more of a gauntlet because the "boss" is just a stationary target)Oh and it has bad UI design but this is more about me hating the style thingy taking a lot of space for something that scrolls like a tiktok brainrot rather than segmenting shit to show you how many things you've exploded and shit like that until you clear an arena then the tags go away.
