It's about 100 hours too long, because the writer gets his point across and then instead of moving on like a normal author would, he dwells on it for an extra 20 paragraphs. The story is nothing special at best and downright bad at worst. The original art is atrocious, although when the orange haired girl's eyes suddenly gloss over, that was actually kinda spooky.
tl;dr: it's awful, but at least it's slightly better than umineko.
