How did Nintendo, at the peak of Wii enthusiasm, with a new hit handheld, knowing that Super Paper Mario sold millions worldwide, allow this? Did Iwata not step in and say "Americans love this stuff, you're wrong" at any point? Reggie said nothing? It was just all allowed for no reason inexplicably.
