Gameplay-wise the Mew Mew fight was really cool and I liked it a lot, but it felt very weird and jarring as a secret boss. Mew Mew has absolutely NOTHING to do with the story, neither the surface level narrative like Gerson nor the underlying narrative like Jevil, Spamton and ERAM. Susie and Ralsei getting all meta before the fight saying there might be a super strong boss up ahead with a catchy battle theme also felt really strange.
