I made my best friend while playing SMNC and after it died he spent stupid hours in warthunder and another random russian P2W FPS. He figured a way to scam their payment processor without repercussion and had infinite money to spend in them, and I could never pull him away from his dopamine feed for any game.

I have bonded with people over shared interests, but I don't think a friendship can be built solely on that. Anyway, what I'm saying is don't take it that seriously.
