How would you rate Hotline Miami 2, including gameplay, story, and how well it works as a sequel to Hotline Miami? Extra question. Favorite mission / level and character?
The detective was the best character. All in all the game is just a bit of an unfocused mess. There is too much going on, both mechanically and story-wise, especially when the first game was so simple.
Stop spamming, retard. You made this thread before and no one wanted to see it. Take a fucking hint.
>>741851056what possesses you mouthbreathers to make the same threads multiple times over?you can go to reddit if you want a constant conversation on one topic fag
>>741853031>you can go to reddit if you want a constant conversation on one topic fagThread died too quickly. I chose bad timing, considering the release of Deltarune Chapter 5. You're acting like /v/ doesn't have the same problem, especially when it's a hot new topic. How many GTA 6 threads are we going to have on /v/ every time new information comes out?
>>741851056Gotta get a grip!
>>741851606fpbp, well put
1 is kino2 is pretentious garbage
>>741851056it's alright. I'm mostly just unhappy that they stopped making games instead of making Hotline Miami 3 or whatever
the Hawaii levels were brutalI enjoyed the game overall
>>741851056we had this exact same thread yesterday.also remember to read the comics
>>741857079>also remember to read the comicsAre they well written?
>>741856172Still waiting SEctorX... nothing has been heard in like 7 years... well they do games on their own phase i guess dennaton answers to no one...
>>741857220wildlife is pretty alright and short keeps the spirit of the game but obviously not as good as them.there's also a comic about the second game, which seems to just retell the story from what i skimmed trough just now but RCO only has issues 1,2 and 5
Also they both have new projects they are working on
Hotline 1 was better in basically every way. Hotline 2 suffered from overly large maps and limited masks/loadout choices.
>>741851606I appreciated them trying to expand the game rather than just corner camping doors. Getting an S+ full combo at the docks as Detective Manny Pardo felt amazing. The Miami mutilator can’t hide forever. It also had some great memes.
>>741857794Who cares? He's not doing Hotline again.
>>741857950Hotline 2 introduces the problem of maps being so big that players get shot from offscreen. This results in players camping a corner, then shooting a wall to draw everyone to them. It was the only way to account for unseen NPCs. Hotline 1 never had this problem because you could see the whole map before making your move.
