Nu-Deus Ex still has the most kino aesthetics. HR with its Golds and Blacks are awesome but I'm really digging Mankind Divided's look which is more in line with the original.
shit looks like it was designed by people who would wear death stranding acronym jackets, what the fuck does this have to do with the grimy new york or china of the original
>>741855227I love piss so much bro's
>>741855805Acronym designed the clothing in MD. They even sold irl ones from the game.
>>741855805the world went from a golden age to the total decay seen in the original mankind divided is in between
>>741855948can it run crysis
i usually go non lethal in deus ex but the titan aug and the bullet time one make combat in MD pretty coolwhen i recused the samizdat commies from the police station i told them to tool up and we laid waste to an entire block of cops during the lockdown it was so cooland they then go on to found silhouette in paris
>>741856359it's kinda like when I try to remember gaming 25 years ago. Everything is colorful and comforting but when I remember games from the last decade everything feels sterile and bleak.
>>741855227Prague is super comfy, I wish there were more games set in dense explorable old european urban environments in autumn
this worth reading? seems to be a lot that happened inbetween games

>>741857245I haven't read those but the comics are pretty cool.
>>741857245I read this, Icarus Effect (the one I prefer), and the two novellas. If you're really into Deus Ex like I was last year, I'd definitely suggest it. Black Light is a good catch up with Pritchard after HR and provides more context to TF29. Since it's written by Swallow it's very much the same theme as the games. There's also a guest appearance with an old character towards the end.

just realized youre supposed to take cover against the heat blocks to appear invisible to the camerasthe first room i avoided them lmao
>>741855227I really like them. Not sure what the hate was for HR and MD
>>741858853It's just oldfags mad it's not like DX. Some of the criticism is actually valid but they throw the entire games under the bus instead of just saying they have a preference. That's what irks me. I personally like all the games.
>>741858853there very dialogue heavy so they feel more like detective games whereas the dialogue in deus ex was just icing on the giant gameplay cake
