I've experiences the GameBoy era, NES, N64, PS2, the first Pokemon games, Gamecube, the rise of 3D, Morrowind RPGs, Warcraft III, CS, Smash Bros , all Zelda games, iPhones, Fortnite, Battlefield, Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk. No zoomer experience can come even close to what I've seen in gaming. They will never experience sperging out over MEW, glitching some bits while jerking to Final Fantasy girls. Theyre children who have no concept of what it means to be a true gamer.
I went through all of that, but I think I was a different kind of kid because I always saw what junk we were getting.The screen on the original Game Boy never seemed acceptable to me. It amazes me that so many people dreamed of owning a Game Boy when I’d hold one in my hands (when friends would lend it to me), and see that disgusting green screen with so much ghosting that it was practically impossible to play anything.The N64 was something that traumatized me. One of the worst consoles I’ve ever had the misfortune to play, with those terrible games full of input lag, frame rate drops, and some of the ugliest graphics in history.Today, having to read idiots saying that nobody cared about frame rate back then just confirms my suspicions that the average person has no standards whatsoever and deserves to get fucked.
