Scripting-wise it's going to make Cyberpunk look even more stale, which is nothing to write home about it already. I mean GTA V did "events" much better than Cyberpunk. We basically have:
1. pedestrians walking around and responding with flight or fight
2. cars going fine and retarded everywhere
3. the usual street shooting in certain locations
That's it. Rockstar does this stuff much better by virtue of simply having more.

Even GTA 3 had dynamic stuff happening that isn't in Cyberpunk, NPCs stealing cars, gangs patrolling and getting into fights etc. Kinda funny that Night City is supposed to be full of crime, but there's none of it happening naturally. You only experience it through the quests & scripted events.

None of the CDPR games are anything impressive under the hood

meanwhile AAA studios can't even match gta 4 rdr1 when it comes to physics

when you switch from gta to Watch dogs you can feel the cars having little to no real physics
