Every generation has its own naivety.
A lot of time ago, people genuinely thought Suicide Mouse was a shocking psychological horror animation.
About five years ago, people were laughing at the Marvel-style jokes in movie theaters.
Today, you see people saying that empty shopping malls are a perfect portrayal of existential horror.
