Have you ever played this game?
>>
yes but I dont understand its rules

But the tutorial shows you.

Kill enemy -> start an explosion
Explosion can damage other enemies nearby -> fireball sent to the enemy
If the enemy shoots your own fireball -> reverse(glowing) fireball sent back to you
If you shoot the reverse fireball -> EX attack sent to the enemy, they have to dodge it
If you hit 3 reverse fireballs or more at once with a chain explosion -> boss is sent to the enemy
If there's a boss on your screen and you send your own boss -> boss on your screen goes away, enemy gets your boss

You can also charge your shot, level 2 sends EX attacks to the enemy, level 3 sends a boss.

Yeah

Those are the basics anyways.
Next level would be to learn how to deal with the various enemy formations, and try to get "Perfect!" when possible because it offers various benefits such as sending more fireballs(due to larger chain), filling your meter more than usual and making items spawn more often so you can get the orb or more bombs.
Archive.org has a (japanese) guide for the saturn game, it includes tips on each zako formation in the game.

go finish your game bog

Based. Shame for the sound quality in that version, and iirc inaccurate slowdown.

I have about 40 hours in it on fightcade. I honestly don't like it very much and have zero desire to go back to it.
>>
>>741895006
Why tho it's fun. I'm the opposite in the sense that I almost don't feel like playing any other shmup, because TSS nailed many aspects except having a fully single player adventure mode.
>>
>>741893765
Yeah, it's a fun game. Load Run is cute.
>>
>>741895140
Because it's not very fun complicated or fun, if I'm going to download fightcade again I'm going to play fighting games, or if I want to goof around I'll play penguin bros or windjammers or something. If I want to play a shmup, well, I'll play a real shmup. TSS is kinda shitty because it's just bashing bullets back and forth and rounds can go on forever. It's just not even a little fun any more, sorry dude.
>>
All the time. By now it has become my favorite VS arcade game.
Money Idol close second, but not quite there.

Gotta love the cute shit, even more so if they have good gameplay.

Also got this recently.
The clear time is the biggest obstacle, especially on l8 and with Ran/Sprites (it's story mode). Basically need to get lucky in the last 3 stages, spawn orb early and hope that kills before it kills you.

Nice Already seen that.

>>741896529
Don't know honestly, if you have something to play, yeah.

Whoops I meant
*somebody to play with, otherwise it's harder to justify over the other games included there.
>>
>>741893765
Yep, I love it. It's a game I always bring out when I have friends over. Although I haven't had much luck finding similar experiences. The Touhou star sprite games kinda blow and Rival Megagun didn't feel much good either. I think the steam version of Star Sprites has online versus but I hear so many bad things about that version.

>Rival Megagun
First time hearing about that. But from a quick look, it doesn't look like it managed to capture the fun parts of TSS.
Did any game try the same system, or is the closest still th3 and 9?
>>
>>741897762
I think Megagun is fine for single player. Not so much for multiplayer.
Also one of the new Touhou games was a Star Sprite like and was pretty decent.

We also need less faggotards like you and I'm not asking!

You've proven yourself to be quite the cancerous little nigger
