I'm actually torn on the whole platforming mechanic of 5: the new perspective is cool, but I also felt like we really moved away from what makes this a Deltarune/Undertale game. Those sections felt like baby's first attempt at copying something like Hollow Knight. I suppose a good comparison would be early 2000s mascot platform games would have vehicle levels or turret sections that controlled differently and didn't feel like they belonged. The battles which took place in a 2D platforming space didn't seem that well thought out either.
