It's got great world building, but they experimented way too much with the combat and fell even flatter on the characters.Most people don't know who the fuck Basch, Vaan, Penelo, Ashe, Gabrath or even Fran is. Even less know about the espers and most people's experience of them are in FFXIV where it's made palpable and fun.You can dive right into FFXIII trilogy and beat it. FFXII loses most players and the combat is insanely fucking boring to watch.
