It's pretty fun to play despite the script changes.They made a big mistake making the restarts not take up a ship though, anyone can restart if they didn't like a run or needed to get a medal, kind of trivializes it.
It's nostalgic AF. Considering buying their N64 controller to play this and the OOT remake.

I don’t get the point of another 64 remake
I hate how light the ship feels now. They used to have some weight, but it's completely gone. Might've been neat if that was exclusively a feature on the space levels, but it isn't.
