See the numbers listed after each game title, those are called builds. Steam has its own numbering system when a game is updated and their useful if you are pirating.

Just go on steamdb, search up a game and click patches. I tend to cross reference the build numbers every couple months to check if there are any updates.

Maybe if you export the file directory as a txt and paste it in grok, then the AI can tell you which builds are outdated.

Also yes, you can add comments to windows file explorer folders

View>Options>View>Uncheck Hide Protected Operating System files

Make sure to check "hidden items" as well.

Changing the folder icon will generate a hidden desktop file inside the folder. Edit the file in note and paste this.
