About 20 hours in and loving it so far. How do I get the most out of my time without doing MMO nothingness. What to avoid and what to sink me teeth into?
Just play through the different quests and stories, explore the map to solve puzzles and bully wildlife, that's the meat and potatoes of the game.To build and level up your characters, you'll need resources, some of which you acquire from the world and some of them you get from doing short combat challenges, but for the latter you're timegated on how many you can do per day, standard mobile game energy shit. So you're supposed to boot the game for five minutes a day to use it up, and you'll also get gachashit currency for your troubles, but if you don't care you can not do it.
Should I concern myself with unit tier lists or just enjoy?
>>741926730how can i make fun of you for enjoying a gacha game instead of my personally approved /v/ certified game that's actually boring to play and is just popular because the masses say it's good
>>741926730For the moment, just do the world quests for each nations you go to, then their Archon quests.Or just explore the shit out of the world.Ignore endgame modes like Spiral Abyss or Stygian for now.Build a comfy team with multiple elements, one bow user and a healer, in Liyue bring Geo Traveler too for the puzzlesIn short, don't rush through it, take breaks and have fun while playing.Good luck newcutie!
I know all the characters from short movies on iwara but I have never played this game
>>741929364For now I am Main Hero + Sucrose, Kaeya and Girl with sword who spinny spins lol
>>741929738Yeah that should be enough for nowNext you should get Barbara the Church Deacon to heal but she's a bit useless against Ice enemiesOr just go for Bennett and you're set for anything the game can throw at you at the moment
>>741926730Play like the first two regions. The fun really goes down after that
>>741930038I'm still bumped that they had to dumb down the puzzles after Inazuma.Otherwise Inazuma is still one of the best region for explorationEven Sumeru desert was fun without maps back in the day
>>741930141Maybe it's just because I was expecting more from the game at the time, but I gave 0 shits about inazuma. It all just looked the same as the previous regions and the puzzles were whatever. I played up to fontaine and never finished anything about inazuma beyond the archon/dainsleif stuff. Sumeru was ok, fontaine was ok, lost interest after that. Very repetitive game
