I had an in-person workshop I had to do Wednesday, managed to go there, come back home, sell this blu ray player to this chick, and then hit the gym for an hour afterwards. Felt like death afterwards because I spent the entire day running around and then the gym but I feel so fucking motivated it's not even funny. Failure isn't even an option. Plus I told myself that if I can drop the weight and get back down to 220 again, I wouldn't have any qualms using ozempic or some shit to get down to my goal weight of 190. I've seen so many people just spam Ozempic or other weight loss shit, and they're healthy but they look like shit. I want to put in the pain and do it the natural way...although I wouldn't mind the extra push to get across the finish line. So I'm up at 5:44 typing this up as I get ready to go to the gym.
