Ironically despite being the best one the argument could be made that RE2 Remake has the least replay value due to its lack of NG+ items and unlocks. Even in the very short RE3 Remake there is a lot of post-game content to go back to and challenge yourself with

A Resident Evil 5/6 remake could legitimately be great because many RE5/RE6 devs are still working at the company. One of the biggest problems the new REmakes have is that they don't understand the design philosophies or artistic vision of the previous designers, something very blatant in the RE4 remake.
