I just started playing and I'm enjoying it so far, but I want to complain about the controls. The platforming does not feel good, which is kind of a problem because there's so much of it. The jumping is floaty and slippery, and it almost feels like the controls are bugged. I did the Bayou first, and I swear to God whenever I would dive into the deep water it was a coin flip whether the game would just drop my input and make me sink, even when I was holding A to dive. But whatever. The game oozes soul and I like it.
So, Crow Town is going to be better now? Another war happened between them in the credits and this time the crows Mina fought are being hanged like scarecrows. I don't even know if Lionel was fully lying about the fact the ones Mina released were actually criminals.

Neat concept art of four years ago about the fourth and fifth weapon Mina can use later use (would later become the Battery Buster and Guardian Casket).It's interesting how the Spike Shield just came to be a Casket while the idea of a gun that becomes a melee weapon to recharge itself was set from the beginning.
