I can't take the nonstop verbal assault of trite dorks while game audio plays at 20% of everything else, plus the event is so sanitized now that I think I barely opened the stream past few GDQs.
This event taught me that speed running is the most boring shit in the world to watch. It's okay sometimes if you know the game and haven't seen it broken open and beaten super fast before, but they used to let them have fun back in the day and now it's just fucking boring. Even the cringy shit is barely there anymore, it's all just autists either being silent, mumbling, or overacting and screaming, and always people fake laughing at every """joke""" they make. And also tranny and gay shit non stop all the time it's fucking exhausting, no idea why this whole shitty event ended up just becoming GAY GAY TRANNY GAY FAG GAY GAY but I've been done with it for like a decade at this point.

The older I get, the less interesting things I have in my life. Distractions like GDQ help pass the time and watching with /v/ can be fun when they aren't bitching and moaning.
