I just don't trust himOutside that main problem a lot of Chapter 5 just felt stale; the general idea of "one final hurrah for the good times" already happened in Chapter 3, and some of Flowery's quirks remind me of Tenna (prerendered intro, nonstandard dialogue presentation) even if he grew on me a lot and has a different temperament. The ending with Flowery's demise and Asgore being kidnapped was so similar to Chapter 3's finale, except for Flowery taking the party's place for the defiant last stand, that it took me out of the story. It doesn't feel like a break from the serious stuff because we only had one serious chapter; it felt like regression.(1/2)
