It's actually impressive how shit this roster is. It exclusively caters to faggots in socal and NYC who played mahvel and then of course the MCU audience. The only distinctly Japanese pick in the roster is Magik and Peni.An award should be in order for a roster this bad.

You now remember that this game is published by Sony and, since it is a fighting game in the year 2026, it's gonna be a live service. This shit is gonna be successful as fuck on launch and feed their deiusions about investing in this kinda thing.But also, i'm probably buying because i want Spidey and his villians on the same team for the inevitably entertaining interactions between them. Idk who the 4th wheel on that team is gonna be yet.

Tokon will be big for casuals because of MAHVEL, just like how DBFZ sold strongly initially too. but Arcsys doesn't really do skinconomies, Strive getting alt costumes is a very recent development. It'll do fine, but it won't be a massive blowout profit machine like Rivals is. and that's what sony is looking for with their live service slop, an infinite money machine.
